Charles joined Curry Popeck from a City firm to help develop and grow the firm’s litigation offering, having qualified in June 2017, and previously practised at leading regional and national firms.
He is an experienced property litigation solicitor, advising on a broad range of landlord and tenant and real estate disputes, including matters arising in the context of development. He is also a member of the Property Litigation Association and has experience in commercial litigation.
Charles has acted in a significant number of disputes in the High Court and County Court, including cases progressing to trial, and has experience resolving matters through mediation and arbitration.
He acts for a wide range of clients including developers, landlords, tenants, asset managers, housing associations and private individuals.
Charles has built strong relationships with surveyors, agents, barristers and other professionals, and is frequently instructed through referrals.
