Almost all his clients are people or organisations for whom he has acted in the past or those to whom James has been recommended.
James qualified as a solicitor in 1999 after gaining a 2:1 in his Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Sheffield, where he still mentors students interested in a career in the law. James completed his training contract at Alison Trent & Co, a firm in Fleet Street in the City of London, and continued to work at that firm before joining Curry Popeck in 2007. He became a partner in 2014.
James provides a bespoke service for a broad client base including multi-nationals, property investment companies, Harley Street clinical practitioners, high net worth individuals, celebrities, banks and homebuyers.
James handles a wide range of real estate work, including sales, purchases, lettings, leasehold development schemes, business lease renewals, enfranchisement and lease extensions and company/commercial work containing a high degree of property involvement.
James has a particular talent for identifying problems and finding solutions.
