The department provides creative solutions to regulatory tax and accounting problems inherent in today's corporate transactions. The focus is on the client's needs and tailoring solutions to best satisfy those needs.

Our services cover the preparation of all types of commercial arrangements from partnership agreements to distribution agreements. We pride ourselves in being able to assist with the structuring of those arrangements in keeping with the fast paced commercial world.

Over the years we have been involved in taking companies to the full market but also in returning them to private ownership. We have dealt with such diverse acquisitions as football clubs, shipping ports and aircraft.
