The Curry Popeck Sellers Pack
The Curry Popeck Sellers Pack is unique to Curry Popeck and is designed to place sellers in a position to proceed with their property sale as soon as a buyer is found - this speeds up the whole sale process and can make your property more attractive to buyers.
How much does this extra service cost - nothing*
The Curry Popeck Sellers Pack contains Property Information Forms and Fittings and Contents List, copy guarantees, Planning and Building Regulations documents and any other papers provided by the seller, plus title information from the seller's deeds and a draft contract.
To see the Curry Popeck Sellers Pack leaflet containing more information about the process, please click here.
*If a sale is agreed and we are not instructed and the client wants the pack, we will then charge for the work we have done.

We have acted on the acquisitions and disposals of single and multi-let buildings, of commercial developments with occupational tenancies and the sales and purchases of high end residential properties of over £5m. We advise on leasehold enfranchisement and tenants' claims prior to purchasing the freehold, lease renewals and extensions, preparation of section 42 claims and subsequent lease grants.
We also advise on the planning and environmental aspects of property transactions and developments and are adept at dealing with any issues such as lack of access, defective title, lack of planning permission or listed building consent. We have acted for landlords and tenants in residential and commercial disputes, including issue of notices, preparing draft leases and negotiating new lease terms.
We have been involved in complex commercial property transactions acting against large City firms, with a notable example being an advertising hoarding business which owned well over 100 properties, all purchased for cash.
