Curry Popeck actively encourages ADR as a legitimate alternative to litigation as fairer settlements can be reached in a fraction of the time, and at a greatly reduced cost. With our understanding of ADR we ensure that clients are able to maximise its benefits, whilst also complying with all the court's requirements.

The litigation team acts on contested lease renewals, dilapidations claims, possession claims, applications for injunctions, service charge disputes, rent arrears and other property disputes involving commercial and residential properties for both commercial and private clients.

We consider conditional fees on a case by case basis. However, the agreement to a conditional fee is contingent on the client purchasing an After the Event Insurance policy (if the client does not already have legal expenses insurance). We will discuss and advise clients further in this regard once the full particulars of a case are established.
